CAMP E.D.G.E. VBS 2009 Daily E.D.G.E. Pledges:

  • God is with me. I will stay close to God.
  • God guides me. I will follow.
  • God teaches me. I will learn.

Frequently Asked Questions - if you have any questions about VBS, please e-mail

Q:  Why do I need to register my child for VBS?

ANS:  So we are sure to have enough supplies for all age groups participating in our VBS program.

Q:  Who will be responsible for my child?

ANS:  The VBS program is staffed by church members, most of which have criminal background checks, Child Abuse Clearances and training in "Safe Sanctuary" policies of the United Methodist Church.

Q:  What is the "Safe Sanctuary" policy?

ANS:  A guide in which people who work with children should have criminal background checks, Child Abuse Clearances and training about keeping the environment safe for children and youth.

Q:  What age is your VBS designed for?

ANS: Ages 4 and up; exceptions may be made for children who are toilet trained, able to work self-sufficiently without parental help.  Our VBS is designed so that the older children will be working with and helping the younger children within the same group.
